Concord Community Foundation began in 1972 with a single endowed gift and a simple belief: that the people who love a place are its best stewards. Five decades later, we hold hundreds of charitable funds — each one a neighbor's wish to give something back — and grant their proceeds across the region every year.

As a public charity, we sit at the crossroads of giving. Donors trust us to manage their gifts wisely and forever; nonprofits count on us for grants and steady partnership; and professional advisors rely on us to make charitable planning simple for their clients. We are, in the truest sense, our community's foundation.

What we believe

Generosity is most powerful when it's local, lasting, and shared. Our job is to honor every donor's intent, fund the work that strengthens our community, and steward these gifts so they keep giving long after we're gone.
